Presidential Advisor: Better Informed People Pose No Threat

KASHAN, Isfahan Province Presidential Advisor Hojjatoleslam Morteza Ezhe'i said here Tuesday that better informed citizens pose no threat to the system but that ideologically neutral, as well as irreligious and incapable people who pretend to be religious persons or politically shrewd do. The presidential advisor who was addressing a group of exceptionally-talented students of the province said faith in the Almighty cannot be imposed on any person, and that social elements that promote vices and corruption can be eliminated by promoting the means for intellectual advancement of youth.

He said high intellectual capacity is a God-given gift that makes the government responsible for the development of those gifts. The talented students of the province here Tuesday also signed a roll in their support for contemporary Muslim French scholar Roger Garaudy. (IRNA)
